If you find that the items you’ve received don’t meet your expectations, we want to make it right. You have up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange. Items that are unused or unworn, with tags still attached, and that have manufacturing errors are eligible for an exchange.  Please note that we do not offer prepaid labels for exchanges. To start the exchange process, please reach out to us using using the contact information you provided when placing your order. We understand and appreciate the uniqueness of each handmade product in our collections. Each item may differ slightly in appearance, color, and symmetry, adding to its distinct charm. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate exchanges for items that are currently out of stock. Additionally, we are unable to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.

When you place an order with us, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to fulfill the order at our Los Angeles location. Keep in mind that each item is handmade with care, which is why it takes a bit of time. After we’ve fulfilled your order, USPS generally takes 2-7 days to deliver orders domestically, depending on your location. However, during product launches or high-demand periods, the fulfillment time may increase slightly. Rush orders are available.

The delivery time of an order is determined by multiple factors, including the chosen shipping method, the distance to the destination, and possible delays.

Yes, creating an account will expedite the purchasing process and offer order-tracking features. Save personal details and delivery addresses for added convenience. Furthermore, expect exclusive invitations to customer events and timely new product information.

All of our felt projects are meticulously handcrafted using eco-friendly recycled acrylic felt and high-quality embroidery string. If these items become soiled, we recommend gently spot-cleaning them with a damp cloth and water. Please avoid washing them in a washing machine or using a dryer, as this may compromise their handmade quality. Thank you for taking care of our handmade products!
